The journey begins in Okanagan apple orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery. Each 750ml bottle of Family Reserve Gin is crafted from 30 lbs of tree-ripened apples, ensuring purity and a unique terroir-driven character.

We crush, ferment, and distill on-site using our state-of-the-art 50-plate copper pot still for absolute clarity and smoothness. Our secret blend of botanicals—many sourced from our Master Distiller’s own garden—infuses the spirit before a final re-distillation, creating a gin that is as refined as it is distinctive.

On the palate, expect bright juniper, fresh spruce tips, and delicate floral notes of rose and tarragon, balanced by lemon balm and orris root. The result is a gin that’s silky-smooth and completely gluten-free, made from apples rather than grain.
