Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Gin 2 fl oz
- Fentiman’s Tonic Water 1 fl oz
- Lime Juice 0.75 fl oz
- Cucumber & Mint Syrup* 0.5 fl oz
- 1 Bittered Sling Cascade Celery Bitters 1
Cucumber Mint Syrup
- Water 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cucumber Slices 10
- Mint Sprigs 4
Instructions
- Muddle cucumber and mint in a pot, add remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a low heat (do not boil). Heat on low for 10 minutes then allow to cool for two hours. Strain before using.
- Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker (except for tonic), strain into a coupe glass.
- Top with tonic and garnish with a salted spiral cucumber ribbon.
