• Where are your distilleries located?

We have two flagship locations in the Okanagan Valley: our original distillery in Downtown Vernon and our copper-clad distillery and tasting room in Kelowna. You can find maps and hours for both on our [Visit Us] page.

• Do I need a reservation for a tasting or tour?

While we love walk-ins, we recommend booking ahead for guided tours or for larger groups (6+) to ensure we have space at the tasting bar. You can book your experience directly through our online calendar.

• Are the distilleries family-friendly?

Yes! Our tasting rooms are family-friendly environments. While the spirits are for those 19+, we offer a selection of non-alcoholic locally-sourced fruit syrups and "mocktail" inspirations for the younger ones or designated drivers.

• Are the distilleries pet-friendly?

Yes, we love our well behaved furry friends!

• What makes "Okanagan Spirits" different from other distilleries?

We are a "Farm-to-Flask" distillery. This means we use 100% locally grown B.C. fruits and grains—no neutral grain spirits, no artificial fillers, and no GNS (Global Neutral Spirit) bases. We celebrate the terroir of the Okanagan in every bottle.

• Are your spirits gluten-free?

All of our fruit brandies, liqueurs, and gins are naturally gluten-free. While our whiskies and vodkas are distilled from grain, the distillation process generally removes gluten proteins; however, we always recommend consulting with a professional if you have a severe sensitivity.

• Do you use artificial colors or flavors?

Never. The vibrant colors in our fruit liqueurs and the complex notes in our gins come entirely from real Okanagan fruit and hand-selected botanicals.

• How should I store my spirits?

To maintain the integrity of the natural fruit flavors, we recommend storing our liqueurs and fruit brandies in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, our fruit liqueurs are best enjoyed within a year.

• Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship our award-winning spirits across Canada with standard flat rate shipping of $25 across Canada and free shipping on orders $150+.

• Can I order spirits to be shipped internationally or to the USA?

Due to current customs regulations, we only ship within Canada.

• Can I buy a gift card for the distillery?

Absolutely. We offer both physical gift cards and digital e-gift cards that can be used for online orders or in-person tastings and bottle purchases.
