The Journey of Our Essential Collection Gin
It all begins with the annual white wheat harvest, grown just a short distance from our family distillery in the heart of the Okanagan Valley.
From there, we hand-grind, ferment, and distill every batch on-site at our Vernon and Kelowna locations. Using our state-of-the-art 50-plate copper-pot still, we craft a spirit of uncompromising purity.
Next comes the artistry: a carefully curated blend of botanicals—many sourced straight from our Master Distiller’s own garden—infused and re-distilled to create a gin that truly reflects the Okanagan terroir.

Juniper leads the way, complemented by bright spruce tips, balanced with coriander, rhubarb, orris root, and a whisper of rose petal for a silky-smooth finish.
