Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Gin 1.5 fl oz
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 0.75 fl oz
- Simple Syrup 0.75 fl oz
- 1 Soda 1
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in an ice-filled shaker with the exception of the Soda.
- Shake and serve in a tall highball (Collins) glass topping with Soda.
- Ensure the glass is filled with ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
