- Okanagan Spirits Gin 1 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Canados EDV 1 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Haskap Liqueur 0.75 fl oz
- Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 0.25 fl oz
- Ginger Simple Syrup 0.125 fl oz
- 1 dash Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech Bitters 1 dash
- Egg White 0.25 fl oz
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
- Strain and re-shake in cocktail shaker without ice.
- Strain into a martini glass - enjoy.
