Norman Infusion

Ingredients

• Okanagan Spirits Gin 1 fl oz
• Okanagan Spirits Canados EDV 1 fl oz
• Okanagan Spirits Haskap Liqueur 0.75 fl oz
• Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice 0.25 fl oz
• Ginger Simple Syrup 0.125 fl oz
• 1 dash Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech Bitters 1 dash
• Egg White 0.25 fl oz

Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
2. Strain and re-shake in cocktail shaker without ice.
3. Strain into a martini glass - enjoy.
