- Earl Grey Infused Okanagan Spirits Gin 2 fl oz
- Lemon Juice 1 fl oz
- Simple Syrup 1 fl oz
- sparkling water 2 fl oz
Instructions
- Steep two bags of premium Earl Grey tea in 500 ml of Okanagan Spirits Gin for 2 to 4 hours.
- Add first three ingredients to an ice-filled shaker and shake.
- Stir and strain cocktail into a tea cup or coupe.
- Top with two ounces of sparkling water
