- 1.5 Okanagan Spirits Gin 1.5
- 0.75 Fresh Lemon Juice 0.75
- 0.75 Simple Syrup 0.75
- Sparkling Wine Top With
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients except the sparkling wine into an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake and strain into a flute, then top with sparkling wine and your choice of garnish.
- *To make simple syrup: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil then remove from heat immediately and chill.
