Ingredients

• 1.5 Okanagan Spirits Gin 1.5
• 0.75 Fresh Lemon Juice 0.75
• 0.75 Simple Syrup 0.75
• Sparkling Wine Top With

Instructions

1. Pour all ingredients except the sparkling wine into an ice-filled shaker.
2. Shake and strain into a flute, then top with sparkling wine and your choice of garnish.
3. *To make simple syrup: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil then remove from heat immediately and chill.
