Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Gin 1 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Canados Aged Apple Brandy 1 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Haskap Liqueur 0.75 fl oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice 0.25 fl oz
- Simple Syrup 0.125 fl oz
- 1 dash Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech Bitters 1 dash
- Egg Whites 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Strain and shake again without ice
- Strain into a chilled tumbler
- *To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat immediately and cool
