Kasugai Sour

Ingredients

  • Okanagan Spirits Gin 1 fl oz
  • Okanagan Spirits Canados Aged Apple Brandy 1 fl oz
  • Okanagan Spirits Haskap Liqueur 0.75 fl oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 0.25 fl oz
  • Simple Syrup 0.125 fl oz
  • 1 dash Bittered Sling Lem Marrakech Bitters 1 dash
  • Egg Whites 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
  2. Strain and shake again without ice
  3. Strain into a chilled tumbler
  4. *To make simple syrup, bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat immediately and cool
