Ingredients
- Family Reserve Gin 40 ml
- Raspberry Liqueur 20 ml
- Ginger Syrup 15 ml
- Lime Juice 20 ml
- Taboo Absinthe 5 ml
Instructions
- Raspberry, Ginger, Lime and a bit of that wormwood that works in just about anything. I've found this combination of flavours to work incredibly well together, but the ginger element has to bring that ginger fire. Okanagan Spirits has created a couple different syrups, ginger being one of them. It has a good level of ginger spice and makes it easy to control the amount you put into your drinks. I use a bit of absinthe in cocktails quite often because to me, it lightens the drink up and gives it a bit of "seasoning". This drink works great as is but would also be nice if you added some soda to it, my soda stream is still broken so I'm low on the soda, but it would definitely work well in this drink!
