Our Barrel-Aged Family Reserve Gin is made from 100% Okanagan Apples. It begins its life in the local orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery. After harvest, we crush, ferment, and distill on site. This elegant gin is then aged for 6 months in our custom virgin white oak barrels.

Our Barrel-Aged Family Reserve Gin is made from 100% Okanagan Apples. It begins its life in the local Okanagan orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery.

After harvest, we crush, ferment, and distill on site. This elegant gin is then aged for 12 months in our custom white oak barrels.

At our Distillery, we crush & ferment 18,000 pounds of apples every week.
