Our Barrel-Aged Family Reserve Gin is made from 100% Okanagan Apples. It begins its life in the local orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery. After harvest, we crush, ferment, and distill on site. This elegant gin is then aged for 6 months in our custom virgin white oak barrels.

Our Barrel-Aged Family Reserve Gin is made from 100% Okanagan Apples. It begins its life in the local Okanagan orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery. After harvest, we crush, ferment, and distill on site. This elegant gin is then aged for 12 months in our custom white oak barrels.
