Our masterful blend combines 51% Coldstream Valley Rye with 49% locally malted British Columbia barley, hand-crafted and aged to perfection in custom virgin American white oak barrels. While many distilleries rely on used barrels, we go all in—our first-use casks dramatically elevate production costs, but they unlock a depth of flavour that’s worth every penny. As the rye interacts with the fresh oak, it takes on a warmth and spice that CEO Tyler Dyck likens to “a good Indian meal that warms you up from the inside.”

This isn’t a beginner’s whisky. Rye grain is stubborn and complex—difficult to work with, but oh-so-rewarding. As Master Distiller Chris Burke says, “In whisky categories, there is no whisky more complex than rye.” If you’ve never tasted a true rye before, prepare for something extraordinary. Many so-called “Canadian Ryes” skimp on the rye itself, but not us. Ours is the real deal—bold, untamed, and unforgettable.
