- Rye Whisky 1 fl oz
- Sea Buckthorn Liqueur 1 fl oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
- Fir Syrup 0.75 fl oz
- 3 drop Egg White 3 drop
- Pine Sprig for Garnish Garnish
Fir Syrup Ingredients
- Sugar 0.5 cup
- Water 0.5 cup
- Fir / Pine Needles 0.5 cup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
