Sea Buck Sour

Ingredients

  • Rye Whisky 1 fl oz
  • Sea Buckthorn Liqueur 1 fl oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
  • Fir Syrup 0.75 fl oz
  • 3 drop Egg White 3 drop
  • Pine Sprig for Garnish Garnish

Fir Syrup Ingredients

  • Sugar 0.5 cup
  • Water 0.5 cup
  • Fir / Pine Needles 0.5 cup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
