- BC Rye 45 ml
- Raspberry Liqueur 15 ml
- Rhubarb Liqueur 15 ml
- Lemon Juice 25 ml
- Simple syrup 15 ml
- Taboo Absinthe 5 ml
- Top with soda water Top With
Instructions
- Like most fizz drinks, its super crushable. This was all working well, it was fruity, some Rye spice, a bit sour from the lemon, but it was still needing one last thing. Absinthe. I added a touch of Taboo Absinthe to bring in a bit floral and wormwood. This changed the drink from being a crushable juice into a drink you wanted to drink slower for the flavour combination, but ended up crushing because its so damn refreshing. From @the.secondshot
