The journey begins in local Okanagan apple orchards just a few kilometers from our family distillery. Each 750ml bottle requires 30 lbs of tree-ripened apples—a true testament to purity and craftsmanship.
We crush, ferment, and distill on-site using our state-of-the-art 50-plate copper pot still, ensuring absolute clarity and smoothness in every sip.
