Instructions

  1. Known as the Canadian version of a Bloody Mary. Loved by Canadians and for the most part, hated by everyone else. It use be a thing when we would meet someone new from Europe, we would take them out to have their first Caesar, and then watch the look on their face when they take their first sip. Usually one of absolute disgust followed by them saying "What is wrong with you guys!? It's just cold soup!?" I love a good Caesar and when I make them, I make them spicy, like really spicy. I used the Extra Spicy Caesar mix from Walters Craft for this and put on that little jalapeno for more kick. Top with Caesar mix. The well known one is Clamato, but I went with @waltercaesar which is a locally made one and tastes fantastic. Rim glass with Montreal Steak Spice, celery stick, and lime wedge garnish, and honestly whatever else you feel like. Some places put entire meals on it as a garnish. For real, it's crazy seeing a cheeseburger, some chicken wings, poutine, you name it, all on top of a Caesar. from @the.secondshot
