A twist on the classic mojito using Taboo Absinthe.
1 cup Fresh mint
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Remove off heat immediately. Cool and refrigerate.
Add all ingredients (except wine) to an ice-filled shaker.
Strain into an absinthe glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
