Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Taboo Absinthe 1 fl oz
- Okanagan Spirits Blueberry Liqueur .5 fl oz
- Fresh lime juice 1 fl oz
- Mint syrup .75 fl oz
- Sparkling wine Top With
- Fresh mint for garnish Garnish
Instructions
- 1 cup Fresh mint 1 cup Water 1 cup Sugar Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Remove off heat immediately. Cool and refrigerate.
- Add all ingredients (except wine) to an ice-filled shaker.
- Strain into an absinthe glass filled with ice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
