Ingredients

• Okanagan Spirits Taboo Absinthe 1 fl oz
• Okanagan Spirits Blueberry Liqueur .5 fl oz
• Fresh lime juice 1 fl oz
• Mint syrup .75 fl oz
• Sparkling wine Top With
• Fresh mint for garnish Garnish

Instructions

1. 1 cup Fresh mint 1 cup Water 1 cup Sugar Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Remove off heat immediately. Cool and refrigerate.
2. Add all ingredients (except wine) to an ice-filled shaker.
3. Strain into an absinthe glass filled with ice.
4. Top with sparkling wine.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
