The journey begins with the annual white wheat harvest grown just minutes from our family distillery in the Okanagan Valley, forming the clean, smooth base spirit that makes this gin so mixable.
Every batch is hand‑ground, fermented, and distilled on site using traditional copper pot stills and our state‑of‑the‑art 50‑plate copper column. The result is a spirit crafted for clarity, balance, and cocktail‑ready purity.
Then comes the botanical craft. A bright, expressive blend—featuring juniper, spruce tips, coriander, rhubarb, orris root, and delicate rose petal—is infused and re‑distilled to create a flavour profile that stands up beautifully in cocktails while still reflecting the Okanagan’s natural terroir.
