  1. The Cocktail, Gin, berries, lemon, and that ever precious bit of absinthe that I use a fair amount of. You only need a little bit to make a big difference and that's exactly what it does here. The gin, blueberry, raspberry and lemon all make a nice fruity sour, but throw in a Barspoon of absinthe and you brought it up to the next level. . Congrats Travis Pye for having named this cocktail!
