Bradshaw Plum (Old Italian Prune) Brandy
Handcrafted from premium Okanagan-grown Bradshaw Plums, this spirit begins as a traditional slivovitz-style eau de vie. We then elevate it by adding sun-dried Italian Prune Plums and aging the blend for at least one year in virgin white oak barrels.
During this time, the brandy absorbs natural sugars and deep color from the prunes, while the oak imparts warm toasted notes, subtle caramel and vanilla, and a just a delicate touch of sweetness. The result is a true Vielle Prune: bold, harmonious, and luxuriously rich—perfect for Cognac and dark rum enthusiasts seeking something distinctive and decadent.
