- Bradshaw Plum Brandy 35 ml
- Creme de Cacao 15 ml
- Amaretto 10 ml
- Simple Syrup 10 ml
- Coffee 45 ml
Instructions
- Coming in with a nice evening coffee cocktail. For this one I knew I wanted to use chocolate and coffee but wasn't sure about the base spirit at first. Looking through my cupboard I came across a couple ideas but once I saw the plum brandy there, I knew I had to give it a try. Plum, chocolate and coffee just screams "after dinner pick me up" to me, and the colour of it while it's settling, is a gorgeous caramel colour. What do you guys think of a plum based coffee cocktail?? from @the.secondshot
