Ingredients
- Okanagan Spirits Taboo Absinthe 1 fl oz
- Cointreau 0.5 fl oz
- Fresh Lemon Juice 0.5 fl oz
- Fresh Orange Juice 0.5 fl oz
- Fresh Egg White 0.5 fl oz
- Simple Syrup 0.25 fl oz
- Campari 0.25 fl oz
- 1 Star Anise Pod 1
Instructions
- Pour the Lemon Juice, Orange Juice and Egg White into a cocktail shaker, and dry shake the mixture until well combined
- Add Taboo Absinthe, Cointreau and Simple Syrup, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
- Carefully pour Campari down the side of the glass (it should sink to the bottom). Garnish with a floating Star Anise pod on top.
- **To Make Simple Syrup: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat immediately and chill.
