Fruit Brandy & Marc
Fruit Brandy is a distilled spirit produced from 100% B.C. fruit. Fruit is carefully selected then fermented for two to 12 weeks before being double-distilled in our Alembic Brandy Copper Pot Still.
All Eau de Vie are 40% alc/vol. It is then cut with locally sourced crystal clear B.C. Spring water to prepare it for bottling.
The result is a traditional ‘Schnapps’ style Fruit Brandy encompassing a richness in aroma, taste and premium sipping quality.
Enjoy neat, over ice or as a component in cocktails and cooking.
Marc, originated in Italy as a means to use the leftover product of wine. The pomace (skins, pulp, seeds, and stems) of grapes are run through our traditional copper-pot still before being cut with locally sourced B.C. Spring water.
All of Marc is producted at 40% alc/vol. The result – a bold, dry Marc enjoyed commonly as a digestif or traditionally in a Caffè Corretto.
