Terms & Conditions for Online Purchases
We will refund any bottle of spirits that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. If your items you receive differ from what you ordered, contact our Vernon distillery and we will correct this issue at no additional expense to the purchaser. We are unable to accept return of spirits that were ordered in error by the purchaser.
Once the spirits are received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the spirit less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please note: refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and post to your credit card account.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact our Flagship Distillery in Vernon, BC at 250-549-3120 or email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed products.

Okanagan Spirits ships for free Canada-wide* on qualifying orders of over $125. *Additional fees may apply for remote areas and territories.
Okanagan Spirits aims to dispatch all online orders within 48 hours. Deliveries are anticipated between 2 – 9 business days depending on location and are delivered by Canada Post*. The signer of the package must be at the legal drinking age of the province receiving the shipment.*Subject to change due to strikes and holidays
Okanagan Spirits guarantees the safe delivery of products and ensures that they are wrapped and packaged appropriately for shipment. Upon the unlikely event of breakage, a short shipment or non-delivery, please contact us at 1-888-292-5270 so we can correct this issue at no additional expense.
Due to the heavy volume of lottery shipments, shipping time may take longer than usual.
Okanagan Spirits has the right to decline/refund a purchase made with a non-valid lottery purchase.
Adding items and Changing Orders
Providing your package has not been shipped, Okanagan Spirits can make changes to your order, please call us directly on 1-888-292-5270. If the order has been shipped, we can no longer make adjustments.
If it is more of a convenience to pick-up in store, Okanagan Spirits can have your order ready at the Vernon location. Please make note of this in your order and make sure to quote the shipping address as Okanagan Spirits Vernon. Customers should be aware of our store hours when picking up which may vary throughout different seasons. Identification of the purchaser will also be required upon pick-up.
Cancelling your Order
Providing your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and refund your card. This must be done as soon as possible as once order has been shipped it will no longer be refundable until it is returned.
Out of Stock Items
Okanagan Spirits occasionally runs out of products due to being a craft distillery. If you are waiting for a product to come back into stock please sign-up to our newsletter where we will notify our customers on the return of products.
Okanagan Spirits uses Stripe to process online orders. All forms of major credit cards and some debits are accepted by the system.
