The Whisky Hunter's Nectar of the Gods is both.

Born in the local North-Okanagan fields, our northern-varietal grain corn and chocolate-malted barley are milled, mashed, fermented and then distilled on site in our state-of-the-art copper-pot stills, before being barrel-aged in our custom toasted and charred white oak casks for 5 years. This perfectly matured bourbon-style whisky was then racked and transferred into a PX Sherry cask for an additional 6 months of marriage.

The resulting tale is one for the ages! A seductively sensual nose of richly malted chocolate, sun dried figs, and espresso are followed by an unrivaled decadence on the palate. Layer upon layer of caramel, vanilla, sticky-fig pudding and dried apricot leading towards a long and luxurious finish while the band plays on...

I have to confess, I was wary to try it because I was worried it would be really good and at that price point it would become an expensive addiction….

I was right… this is one of the best whiskies I’ve ever had and I just ordered two more bottles - pray for me!

Good, but fairly sweet. It’s a good bourbon like, but a bit too sweet to my taste. Still, something that worth trying and I wouldn’t hesitate to share with friends.

85 is steep. It’s decent 40% juice but not at high tiered pricing good.

Just the right amount of complexity on the palate and a lovely smooth finish.
As long as Okanagan Spirits whisky is readily available, I won’t be missing Kentucky bourbon whatsoever.

The nose is delightful, the finish is beautiful. I get all the caramel notes. It’s warm, rich, and smooth finish. Wonderful whisky and I should’ve bought more than I did!
