Suius Cherry
The Suius Cherry bitters is a unique combination of herbs, spices, roots and barks, lightly sweetened to balance with sun-drenched lapin cherries from the South Okanagan Valley, BC.
We designed this bitters with the Sazerac cocktail in mind. The gentian and American oak backbone, complemented with anise-family botanicals, teas and caraway make this expression a quintessential Canadian ingredient in classic cocktails requiring a southern-style aromatic bitters.
Beverage recommendations: World Whiskies, Cognac & Brandy, Rum, Tequila & Mezcal, perfect in a Sazerac, Seelbach, Vieux Carré or the like
Cooking recommendations: Suius Cherry brings a complex aromatic spice that takes pride of place in sweet applications. Use it as a replacement for vanilla extract in baked cakes, cookies, frozen desserts, and sweet sauces. It also works well as a flavour enhancer for savoury dressings, sauces and marinades.
