A perfectly aged blend of Okanagan Spirits’ Single Malt, Rye, Chocolate-Malted and single-cask select Bourbon-style whiskies were first double-wood aged in cognac barrels and then finished with the innovative Pioneer County Process where the whisky is gravity filtered through staves of those same freshly emptied and deconstructed cognac barrels which have been torch caramelized and then smoked with dark tobacco leaves from Esteli, Nicaragua, creating a spirit that is at once smooth yet bold enough to compliment a full-flavored cigar.

The result is a complex yet refined Cigar Whisky, exuding waves of toasted oak, sticky-plum pudding, candied pecans, and a hint of cigar smoke on the nose, followed by the decadence of caramelized cognac, heavily malted barley and honey-combed rye on the palate, as this whisky dances its way toward a long and luxurious finish.

This release, bottled at 47.5% ABV, begs to be paired with great friends, nostalgic storytelling, and if you’re so inclined, a fine cigar.
