PROOF: Fortified Foch Finished Bourbon-Style Whisky 2026-003
“Southern-Style whisky in Emperors clothes”!
Canada’s Original Bourbon-Style Whisky just got upgraded to imperial status. Our seductively smooth 5-year-old BRBN whisky was finished for an additional three years in freshly emptied Quail’s Gate Fortified Foch casks to further culture its noble ascension. This luxuriously refined whisky delivers layer upon layer of hedonistic decadence with each successive sip, and its nose is an explosion of caramel and vanilla followed by tones of toasted oak and honeycombed malt, which are soon complimented with waves of plum, apricot, and fig. As the whisky flows over the palate, there is a delicate embrace of allspice and a sensuously warm mouthfeel followed by a hint of rich dessert wine to round out the experience. The finish is indulgently long and luxurious, just what you would expect from BC’s original double-wood finished bourbon-style whisky!
