Designed to honour the Okanagan's rich tree-fruit history, our sprawling tasting area invites you to step back in time. You’ll be greeted by a wall-sized photograph of a harvest crew picking apples at the Coldstream Ranch in 1918. Look beyond to find our custom moonshiner shack motif, built from reclaimed beams originally salvaged from the historic Fruit Union packinghouse where our family ancestors once worked.

Constructed to tread softly on the environment, our Kelowna space pays deep homage to the local fruit industry. Look closely and you'll find reclaimed wood salvaged from the historic Laurel and Gellatly Bay fruit packing houses, alongside a stunning, custom countertop crafted from recycled spirits glass.
