Our Poire Williams finished Single-Malt whisky was born in our local Coldstream Valley fields before being malted, milled, mashed, fermented and double-distilled onsite. It was then put to bed for 5 years in our custom toasted and charred white-oak casks. After maturation was completed, the whisky was racked and transferred to newly emptied OKS Pear Brandy barrels for an additional 6 months of aging to impart the subtle luxuries of a world class eau-de-vie.
