DECEMBER 2023: The Proof Whisky Collective is officially open for memberships and we celebrate with the first and last release of 2023, and the first of many exciting and unique releases to come.

With the holidays quickly approaching, our family wanted to create the perfect fireside sipper to keep our club members warm on these cold winter nights, so we crafted this beautiful single-cask mulled whisky exclusively for the Proof Whisky Collective.

Proof Holiday Mulled Whisky is a single-cask whisky comprised of a 40/30/30 blend of our deep malted north Okanagan bourbon, single-malt, and our Coldstream Ranch Rye whisky which are aged to perfection in their respective virgin white oak casks before being double-wood finished in a third cask, generously seasoned with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg,

sun-dried oranges, bartlett pears, candied figs and plums, and course our bourbon-soaked drunken cherries. The result is a festive palate warming elixir, with layer upon layer of seasonal delight, built upon a foundation of some of our most rare whisky profiles.
