BLK BRBN Cask Strength Bourbon-Style Whisky – Updated Label Aug 2025!

Born in our North Okanagan fields, this cask-strength whisky is defined by a unique mash bill of 54% grain corn and 46% chocolate malted barley. Distilled in our state-of-the-art German copper-pot stills, it rests for over 7 1/2 years in custom toasted and charred, virgin American white oak. Bottled at a potent 52% ABV, this spirit captures the unbridled decadence that only a true cask-strength expression can achieve.

Appearance: Deep chocolatey auburn colour
Taste and Mouth: waves of dark chocolate, glazed cherry, and ripe fig, followed by seductive layers of caramel, vanilla and deep toasted oak on the palate.
Finish: hold on while this symphony of flavours builds towards its luxuriously long, lingering finale that evolves on the tongue.
