Okanagan Spirits Barrelhouse 1Malt Single Malt Whisky is the cornerstone of Western Canada's whisky renaissance. Our barley, grown under ethical and sustainable practices in North Okanagan's fertile soil, ensures a terroir-specific profile.

After harvest, the barley is custom malted, milled, mashed, fermented, and double-distilled in state-of-the-art copper pot stills. This local profile continues through maturation in virgin-use, custom toasted and charred white oak casks, housed in our barrelhouse where the climate fluctuates with the seasons.

This world-class whisky exudes layers of caramel, vanilla, saddle-leather, and gentle smoke, culminating in a sensuously smooth and lingering finish.

Aged for 5 years, it embodies the elegant marriage of malted cereal spirit and virgin toasted oak, reflecting our family's heritage and commitment to the local environment.
