Crafted from 54% northern Okanagan grain corn and 46% malted barley, our “Bourbon of the North” is milled, fermented, and distilled on-site. It’s aged for a minimum of 5 years in heavily toasted virgin white American oak casks to capture classic bourbon character, then re-racked another 3 more years in rhum agricole casks from the Caribbean island of Martinique.
The rhum agricole cask finish infuses:
- Candied plums
- Caramelized sugar cane
- Sticky rhum pudding
- Deeply toasted oak
- Vanilla and warm spice
…all leading to a long, luxurious finish.
