2025, Release #1
Our Plum Brandy finished Single-Malt whisky was born in our local Coldstream Valley fields before being malted, milled, mashed, fermented and double-distilled at our flagship Vernon distillery. The next six years was spent resting in our custom toasted and charred white-oak casks. After maturation, the whisky was racked and transferred to newly emptied OKS Plum Brandy barrels for an additional 6 months of aging to impart the subtle luxuries of a world class eau-de-vie. As a special treat for our whisky collective members, we are releasing this one-of-a-kind whisky in its unfiltered form to ensure the maximum flavour profile is presented in the glass.
