This limited release begins with our award-winning rye*, made from 51% Coldstream Valley rye and 49% locally malted BC barley, aged in virgin American white oak barrels for uncompromising depth and character.

Then comes the twist: after 5 years in our virgin (first use) custom white oak barrels, the award winning rye was carefully laid to rest for an additional 3 1/2 years into gorgeous Martinique Rhum Agricole casks, creating a marriage of Canadian frontier spirit and French Caribbean sophistication. The nose bursts with deeply toasted oak and rye loaves, followed by waves of sticky rum pudding and plum-soaked stone fruit. On the palate, expect a warm, smooth mouthfeel with hints of spice and fig compote, leading to a long, luxurious finish that reminds us why rye whisky once ruled—and will again—proudly across Canada.
