Our latest Annual Hopped Whisky release from the Master Distiller Series—an innovative beer-inspired whisky line-up.
This latest expression captures the depth of perfectly brewed Irish Red Ale, expertly distilled to whisky and matured for 8 years in custom toasted and charred white oak casks, then finished for an additional year in our freshly emptied Cherry Brandy (Kirsch) Casks—bringing its total age to 9 years.
The result: gorgeous notes of sun-dried cherries and citrus forward mock-orange petals on the nose, followed by a seductively complex flavour explosion on the palate of sponge toffee, spiced cherry compote, and generous volumes of toasted oak. Prepare to be blown away as this New-World style of whisky delivers a long, luxurious finish that keeps inviting you back again…and again…and again.
