The Whisky Hunter's Nectar of the Gods is both.

Born in the local North-Okanagan fields, our northern-varietal grain corn and chocolate-malted barley are milled, mashed, fermented and then distilled on site in our state-of-the-art copper-pot stills, before being barrel-aged in our custom toasted and charred white oak casks for 5 years. This perfectly matured bourbon-style whisky was then racked and transferred into a PX Sherry cask for an additional 6 months of marriage.

The resulting tale is one for the ages! A seductively sensual nose of richly malted chocolate, sun dried figs, and espresso are followed by an unrivaled decadence on the palate. Layer upon layer of caramel, vanilla, sticky-fig pudding and dried apricot leading towards a long and luxurious finish while the band plays on...
