Our 100% pure maple syrup is aged for three months in freshly emptied BRBN Bourbon-Style Whisky casks at our flagship Vernon distillery. During this patient maturation, the syrup absorbs the rich notes of charred oak, vanilla, and caramel embedded in the staves, before being carefully racked, filtered, and bottled.
