A classic and must for any whisky lover's cocktail list
Add all the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and aggressively shake.
Strain the ice and re-shake the cocktail in the shaker. This will mix in the egg white thoroughly.
Pour into a tumbler and garnish with a skewer of Okanagan Spirits drunken cherries.
*To make simple syrup, bring equal parts sugar to water to a boil and remove off heat immediately. Refrigerate once cooled.
