Yields1 Serving
 ¾ oz Aperol
 ½ oz orgeat
 3 oz pineapple juice
 1 oz lime juice
3 dashes Strawberry Mah Kwan bitters

This cocktail is centered around preserving the characteristic pear flavour that comes from this eau-de-vie. From nose to palate, this spirit is full-on, skin-on, bartlett pears. Considering the fact that it takes around 2 dozen pears to make just one bottle of this eau-de-vie, it's no surprise how potent the pear characteristics are in the final product. The rest of the ingredients work together to compliment the fruity, tart, and bitter elements of skin-on pear. After being diluted with juices, syrups, amari, and bitters, I'm happy to say that the essence of pear was still unmistakably present in the resulting drink.
