Pour the Lemon Juice, Orange Juice and Egg White into a cocktail shaker, and dry shake the mixture until well combined
Add Taboo Absinthe, Cointreau and Simple Syrup, and ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
Carefully pour Campari down the side of the glass (it should sink to the bottom). Garnish with a floating Star Anise pod on top.
**To Make Simple Syrup: bring equal parts water and sugar to a boil, remove from heat immediately and chill.
