An award-winning cocktail using dill, Sea Buckthorn and Gin.

Ingredients
 1.50 oz Okanagan Spirits Gin
 ¾ oz Okanagan Spirits Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
 ½ oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
 1 Ginger Ale
 1 Dill

Muddle dill in a cocktail tin and add ice.

Shake the Gin, Sea Buckthorn and Lemon juice in the ice-filled cocktail shaker then strain into a tall glass.

Top with ginger ale.
