Sea Buck Sour

A zesty sour using Sea Buckthorn Liqueur.

Sour Ingredients
 1 oz Rye Whisky
 1 oz Sea Buckthorn Liqueur
 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
 ¾ oz Fir Syrup
 3 drops Egg White
 Pine Sprig for Garnish
Fir Syrup Ingredients
 ½ cup Sugar
 ½ cup Water
 ½ cup Fir / Pine Needles

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.


Double strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice.
